Cara focuses on empowering young individuals in self-advocacy and effective communication to ensure they receive the support they need. She employs a tailored approach, utilising evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, IPT, and solution focused brief therapy. Cara has a particular interest in addressing anxiety, ADHD, behavioural concerns, and ASD in young people.
