Individual Counselling
Kids InSight Psychology offers an empathic and supportive approach to therapy. Our aim is to work collaboratively with parents, teachers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcome.

Therapy assists parents and caregivers by addressing their concerns and tailoring therapy to meet the individual needs of the child, fostering social and emotional wellbeing.

Therapy may involve one on one therapy with your child, sessions with parent/s or family therapy.

We work with Children, Adolescents and Parents utilising play and talk-based therapies through 50 minute individual session.
Sessions focus on teaching brain based psycho-education and therapeutic interventions in line with the most current research, we support you in learning about how the brain works, help you to understand your emotional and behavioural responses and teach practical techniques and tools.
