
Catia Dias-Da-Costa
Registered Psychologist
Catia is a registered psychologist with relevant experience working with parents, children, and adolescents. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology with first-class honours and specialises in helping families dealing with ADHD, emotional and behavioural difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenging situations.

Catia is especially interested in supporting positive parenting skills, fostering positive parent-child relationships, and helping young people develop the skills and coping mechanisms they need to thrive in their everyday lives.

As a mother of two beautiful daughters, Catia's personal and professional experiences make her uniquely qualified to understand and provide valuable support to her clients.

In addition to her work with children and families, she has also collaborated in the field of eating disorders and perinatal mental health.
Catia uses a therapeutic framework that draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Attachment Theory.
She is also trained in resilience programs, Tuning in to Kids, and is an accredited facilitator for Circle of Security (COSP) and the Cool Kids Anxiety program.
